Each time you make a conscious choice you’re practicing mindfulness. When you realize you’re tired, you sit down and rest. When someone is unkind, you realize it’s not about you, it’s their fear or envy so you let it go.

Being mindful is crucial to staying healthy too. If we’re willing to let go of thoughts that don’t support us, we’re able to let in ones that do.
